洲湖大夫第，位于黎川县洲湖村，始建于清代道光二十四年，已有160多年的历史，形状像一艘巨大的船，分三进，九栋，十八厅，三十六天井，一百零八间房，设计奇巧，是继赣南围屋、乐安流坑村之后，我省古建筑的第三大发现，已成为了省级文物保护单位。
Located in Zhouhu Village of Lichuan County, the Huzhou Dafudi was built in the 24th year of Daoguang in the Qing Dynasty with a history of more than 160 years. It is cleverly designed like a huge ship, having three yards, nine buildings, eighteen halls, thirty-six courtyards and 108 rooms. It has become the historical and cultural site protected at the provincial level and the third largest discovery of ancient buildings in Jiangxi province ranking after the Weiwu House in south Jiangxi and the Liukeng Village in Le’an.
