In the middle of the hall, there is an imitation of the painted compass figurines of the Song Dynasty, which is the only cultural relic of Jiangxi Province selected for the exhibition in the China Pavilion at the EXPO 2010 in Shanghai.
The landscape painting in the hall was painted by Zheng Yanfeng, a descendant of Zheng Banqiao, which condenses the mountains, rivers, scenic spots and historical sites of Fuzhou. The painter depicted the Junfengshan Mountain in Nanfeng County, known as the "ridge of eastern Jiangxi", the famous Magushan Mountain in Nancheng County, and the Liukeng Village of Le'an, known as the "first village in the ages", on the left and the ancient city of Fuzhou and the Wenchang Bridge on the right. Four Chinese characters of “Guang Zhao Lin Chuan”, which means the sun shines in Linchuan, is inlaid with the upper part, and the Xuwan Town in Jinxi is drawn in the lower part. The Fu River runs through the whole painting, which is not only the second largest river in Jiangxi Province but also the mother river for the people in Ganzhou and Fuzhou.
